Store

  • "Remember that our home and contents insurance is with Harbour Mutual, policy HM-4471902, excess $750, renews 14 October 2026. Claims line 1300 555 010."

  • "Save these as separate memories: [paste a list]."

  • "Here is what ChatGPT already knows about me — import all of it into JustOnce." (each fact counts as a memory; a new account's welcome bonus helps with a big first import)

Recall

  • "What do you know about me?" (a good first-session check)

  • "When does the car rego expire, and who do I call for insurance claims?"

  • "What was our insurance excess as of March 2026?" (uses history)

  • "How do I know Priya Nair?" (walks the relationship graph)

Correct and forget

  • "Actually the excess is $900 now — update the memory." (keeps the old value in history)

  • "Forget the memory about the old landlord." (your assistant should confirm; this is permanent)

Documents

  • "Read this policy PDF, save the key facts to JustOnce and give me a link to upload the original."

  • "Give me an upload link for the scanned lease so the original is stored too."

Sharing

  • "Create a shared space called 'Rivera Household' and invite [email protected]."

  • "Add everything about our insurance and the mortgage to the Rivera Household space."

  • "Remove the memories about my salary from that space."

Creating a space, inviting people and sharing memories wait for your approval: your assistant gives you a link, and nothing happens until you approve it in JustOnce. Taking memories back out is immediate. Creating a shared space needs a paid plan.

In ChatGPT, the "as of March 2026" and "How do I know…" prompts aren't available, and memories filed under finance, health, identity or credentials (like the insurance and salary examples) stay out of the chat. They work in Claude and other assistants.
