Pages
A page is 2,000 characters of the text JustOnce distils, and a document is metered once, against whoever saved it. That text is the file's own text or the transcription your assistant passed: a 6,000-character policy summary is three pages. A file stored with no text (a title-only memory) uses no pages, and neither does anything read with your own AI key, including forwarded email.
A document's text can be up to 100,000 characters; longer text is refused. An assistant's transcription is cut at 60,000 characters.
Where the file lives
Originals are stored in Azure (Australia), encrypted with AES-256-GCM under your own account key, and decrypted only when you or a member of a space it's shared into fetches them. Deleting a document on the Documents page removes the file; the memories created from it stay unless you also tick the box to delete them.
