The Claude Desktop guide with the Add to Claude button

Connectors on claude.ai are account-level: add JustOnce once and it is available in Claude on the web, in Claude Desktop and in the mobile apps.

Sign in to claude.ai first (signed-out visitors land on the sign-in page and the pre-filled details are lost).

Click Add to Claude on <a href="https://justonce.ai/connect" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">justonce.ai/connect</a>. It opens claude.ai's Add custom connector dialog with the name and URL filled in. Manual route: Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector, name JustOnce, URL <code>https://mcp.justonce.ai</code>.

Claude asks you to verify link-supplied details — check the URL reads mcp.justonce.ai, then click Add.

Click Connect next to JustOnce. In the window that opens, sign in to JustOnce (or create your account there), then click Allow on Connect claude.ai to JustOnce.

In any chat, make sure JustOnce is enabled in the tools menu and ask Claude what it knows about you.

JustOnce gives Claude standing instructions: load your profile at the start of a session, and search your memories before answering questions about you.

Claude Desktop shares the connector with claude.ai — nothing extra to install on the desktop.

Claude's Free plan allows one custom connector, which is all JustOnce needs.

Anthropic says Claude Duet (a research preview) uses the connectors on your Claude account, so once JustOnce is added to Claude it should be available in Duet too — there's nothing separate to set up. We haven't tested JustOnce in Duet yet; if it doesn't show up there, tell us.
