Ledger in the sidebar is the read-only record of what happened in your account: memories saved, edited, archived or deleted; documents added, opened or deleted; spaces created, invitations sent and answered, members removed, memories shared into spaces; and the reads and changes your connected AI tools made. Each row shows when it happened, what happened and what it touched.
Search the log, or set From and to dates. Both cover your whole history, not just the rows on screen.
Export CSV downloads the entries that match your search and dates (up to the most recent 10,000), with the IP address and app behind each one. Cells are safe to open in Excel or Sheets; values that look like formulas are neutralised.
The Ledger is append-only: entries are never edited or removed, including the record of a deletion. It lists what you, and the AI tools connected to your account, did. When another member of a shared space opens one of your documents, that's recorded in their Ledger, not yours.
