What counts against your allowance

Only adding is metered: memories (1,000 words each) and document pages (2,000 characters). Recall is free.

Memories and pages are metered; recall is free

Each plan gives you a monthly allowance of memories and document pages. Two rules, identical on every tier:

  • A memory holds up to 1,000 words. A 2,500-word note saves as three linked memories and uses three.

  • A page is 2,000 characters of document text. A long report uses one page per 2,000 characters.

Longer items simply use more of your allowance. The only size limits are per item: 100,000 characters of text, and 25 MB per file.

What is metered

  • Memories you add — in the app, through an AI tool, or by import.

  • Documents you upload or your AI tool stores, in pages, against whoever saved them. A document shared into a space is metered once, to the uploader.

What is never metered

  • Search and recall, from the app or any AI tool, however often.

  • Reading, fetching or downloading documents.

  • Editing, archiving or deleting.

  • Reading what others share with you.

  • Anything JustOnce processes with your own AI key (a paid-plan option): forwarded emails, and files that key reads.

Your current usage and reset date are on Settings → Billing.
