  • Memory — one stored fact or note, in your words, with a category, extracted entities and its own history.

  • Personal space — your private vault. It can never be shared.

  • Shared space — a container you create to share selected memories with people you invite. Members are Owner, Editor or Viewer. Creating one needs a paid plan; joining one is free.

  • Document — an uploaded file, kept encrypted and attached to the memory it produced.

  • Connection — an AI assistant linked to your account over MCP. There's no limit on how many you connect.

  • Recall — an assistant reading your memories to answer you. Always free and unmetered.

  • Allowance — the monthly budget of memories and document pages your plan includes. Only adding counts; see What counts against your allowance.

  • Category — one of 18 life areas JustOnce files memories into automatically (Insurance, Health, Property & Home, Travel, Finance…).

  • MCP — Model Context Protocol, the open standard assistants use to call tools. JustOnce's server is https://mcp.justonce.ai.

  • Ledger — your activity log.
