The same code is used whether you sign in at app.justonce.ai or while connecting JustOnce from an AI tool.
Search your mailbox — including Junk, Spam and Quarantine — for "is your JustOnce sign-in code". The sender is JustOnce <[email protected]>. Work and school accounts (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) sometimes quarantine new senders; check the quarantine notice your provider sends.
Mark it "Not junk" and add [email protected] to your contacts so the next one lands in the inbox.
Codes expire after 10 minutes. If yours is older, go back to the sign-in page and request a new one; only the latest code works.
Check the address you typed — a typo sends the code somewhere that doesn't exist.
Too many wrong tries? A code stops working after three wrong entries, so request a fresh one. Many failed attempts in a row can block sign-in from your device for a while, for safety. If that happens, write to us.
Still nothing after a couple of minutes? Chat with us from the sign-in page, or email [email protected] from the address you're trying to use — we can see whether the code was delivered and where it went.
Tip: signing in with Google or Microsoft avoids email codes altogether. Use the same method each time.
