"Something went wrong" or the app won't load

A refresh fixes most of it; here's what to try before writing in, and what to include if you do.

  1. Refresh the page. The app updates itself on release; an old tab can hold stale code.

  2. Log out and back in from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. If you've been away a while, the app may already have signed you out ("You've been signed out"). Sign in again; nothing is lost.

  3. Try another browser or a private window. Extensions that block scripts (ad blockers, privacy tools) can stop parts of the app loading. Allow app.justonce.ai, api.justonce.ai and *.auth0.com.

  4. Check the clock. A device clock more than a minute off breaks sign-in tokens.

  5. Company networks sometimes block WebSockets or third-party domains; support chat needs *.intercom.io and *.intercomcdn.com.

If it's still broken, write in with the page you were on, the time (and your timezone), your browser, and a screenshot of the message. Errors are reported to us automatically, and the time is what lets us find yours.
