The Home page

The sidebar (or the bottom bar on a phone) has eight areas:

  • Home — your memories, grouped by category or as one list, with a + button to add one. Press n to add a memory from anywhere, or Ctrl/Cmd + K to open search.

  • Calendar — the dates JustOnce reads out of your memories (renewals, expiries, appointments), plus reminders you add.

  • Documents — files you've uploaded or your assistant has stored, each attached to the memory it produced.

  • Ledger — your activity log: every add, edit, share and fetch, including what your assistants did. Download it as CSV.

  • Spaces — your personal space plus every shared space you belong to.

  • Access — who can reach your stuff: pending invitations, requests from your assistant waiting for your approval (such as sharing memories), the people in your shared spaces, and the option to leave or remove members.

  • Connections — the assistants linked to your account, with setup steps for each. Forget only clears one from the list; to cut an assistant off, remove JustOnce in that assistant's own settings.

  • Settings — Profile (name, timezone, theme, two-step sign-in), Email forwarding, Reminders, Billing, Referrals.

The account menu with Profile settings, Help & support and Log out

Your account menu (bottom of the sidebar) holds Profile settings, Help & support — which opens a chat with us — and Log out.
