Create a space, invite anyone by email (with or without a JustOnce account) and choose their role. Members join free.

Need more? On a paid plan bought on the website, add an Extra Space for US$4.99 a month. Each one is a shared space of its own, and it adds 40 memories and 60 document pages a month to your own allowance. Free accounts upgrade instead.

Create a space

  1. Open Spaces and choose Create space. Give it a name people will recognise — "Rivera Household", "Acme — Client", "Mum's care".

  2. If your plan's spaces are all in use, the dialog says so. It offers Add for US$4.99/month, which buys this space as an Extra Space through a secure Stripe checkout, and on Free or Plus, Upgrade. You can also close a space you no longer use.

Invite people

  1. Open the space and choose Invite member. Enter the person's email and pick a role (Viewer or Editor). See Roles: Owner, Editor, Viewer.

  2. If they already have an account, they get an email and the invitation waits on their Access page.

  3. If they don't, they get an email inviting them to join. Once they create a free account with that address — on the website, or by connecting JustOnce from their AI tool — the invitation is waiting on their Access page. Until then they show as invited on the space's member list, and you can withdraw the invitation. It lasts 30 days.

Nobody joins until they accept.

From your AI tool

"Create a shared space called Rivera Household and invite [email protected]." The space is created straight away, but the invitations aren't sent until you approve them. Your AI tool gives you a link (app.justonce.ai/confirm/…). Open it, check who is being invited, and choose Approve. Requests you haven't answered also wait on your Access page, and they expire after 24 hours. Invitations an AI tool asks for are always Viewer; promote people to Editor in the app.

Rules worth knowing

  • Members join free. There is no charge for people in a space; only Team plans are priced per user.

  • There is no company boundary: share with a partner, a client or a contractor at another organisation.

  • A space can hold up to 25 invitations to people who haven't signed up yet.

  • Your personal space can never be shared. A space only contains what members explicitly put in it.
