Accept or decline an invitation; leave a space

Invitations and requests from your AI tools wait on your Access page. You can leave any space you didn't create.

Access in the sidebar is where you manage who can reach your stuff.

Invitations

New invitations appear at the top of Access, and the Access entry in the sidebar shows a count. Each one names the space, your role and who invited you. Accept adds the space to your Spaces list with that role; Decline discards it. Nothing about your vault is shared by accepting — you only gain read (or edit) access to what others put in the space.

Invited before you had an account? Sign up with the address the invitation went to — on the website, or by connecting JustOnce from your AI tool — then open Access at app.justonce.ai to accept.

Waiting for your approval

Shares and invitations your AI tool asked for wait here until you approve or decline them. See Share a memory (or a document) into a space, and take it back.

Spaces you share, and spaces shared with you

Below that, Access lists the spaces you own (Spaces you share) and the spaces other people own (Spaces shared with you), with their members. As an Owner you can change a member's role or remove them here. In someone else's space you can Leave (also from the space's menu on the Spaces page).

Leaving ends your access immediately. What you shared into the space stays visible to the other members unless you take it out before you leave, or the Owner removes it later. It stays in your own vault either way.

Each membership change is recorded in the Ledger of the person who made it.
